The AquaDisc SZ
can be used in many ways, particularly for improving coordination, strength and endurance. By changing the angle position and therefore the resistance, individual load control is possible. The AquaDisc SZ
is a round disc made of surface-refined hard foam with two integrated handles, which “grip” the thumb and finger.
It is available in four colours: yellow, red, blue and green.
