Kim Helen Niederbäumer trains with the BEboard
Water skier Kim Helen Niederbäumer became German champion in 2017 in slalom, jumping and combined in the open class. She is training endurance, strength and stability for the next Waterski World and European Championships with aquatic fitness exercises:
„The BEboard is one of my favourite pieces of equipment for my training besides water skis. Exercises that I normally only do on land – such as squats, jump squats, planks or mountain climbers – challenge me more sensomotorically on the BEboard and therefore have an even greater benefit for me“.
